I design and build the thing you're trying to become.

A designer and builder for people with something real that isn't landing yet. Product design, software engineering, and a somatic eye for what's actually trying to emerge.

For people who've already built something worth building, and can feel it's not moving yet.

What the work looks like in practice.

Case 01 · Narrative Work

A published author with a book that wasn't landing.

She came in with a book from a major publisher, 85 hours of recorded interviews, a podcast archive, a website with strong traffic, and a sense that none of it was producing what it should. She had assets. She did not have coherence.

What I saw was that the coherence was already there, buried in the material. It didn't need to be invented. It needed to be pulled out and routed. I built her a custom AI operating system with an agent named Nova that processes her interview content, a voice definition document that captures the language her readers actually recognize, and a content routing system that maps each idea to its right home across platforms.

She's now using a fraction of her archive and producing more than she did before. She's calling herself a narrative strategist for the first time. She's referring other founders to me.

Case 02 · Career Acceleration

A nonprofit director who needed AI to work the way her brain works.

On a path to COO, she came in wanting to move faster. She was using ChatGPT for small tasks and Gemini for email, but nothing had clicked. Her stated problem was technical. Her real problem was that existing tools don't know how to speak to a visual learner.

I built her an onboarding package, migrated her to Claude, built her a visual dashboard for her weekly operations, and designed a standing partnership of one hour each week that alternates between inner voice work and AI build sessions. Two tracks, one container.

She calls 2026 her hyperspeed year. She's been connecting me to other professionals in her network. The work is ongoing.

Case 03 · Personal Operating System

I built LEALA OS because the work needed a container.

I had a practice with many parts. Somatic sessions, web design, software engineering, AI consulting, writing, client work. Each part was real. None of them had a container that held them together. I was the container, and I was running out.

I designed and built LEALA OS: an AI operating system with six agents, twenty skills, a custom design language, persistent memory, voice note processing, therapy integration, and a bridge to collaborators. Everything I input through any channel flows into one coherent layer and comes back shaped into action.

The system runs my business now. It's also the proof that I can build this kind of thing for someone else from scratch.

Architectural detail

A decade of designing and building for people who don't fit neatly into categories.

I've worked with authors, executive coaches, architects, nonprofit leaders, founders, and people in the middle of reinventing their work. I write production code. I run client discovery sessions. I think somatically about why a thing isn't moving.

I don't choose between the technical, the strategic, and the human. I work all three at once because the work always needs all three.

Based in Boulder, Colorado. Taking on a small number of clients.
